This package is for the bride & groom who want to make all the decisions, but put the research and planning into the hands of a certified wedding coordinator.
The Ornate Wedding Includes:

Etiquette Advisement.Develop and manage a realistic budget.

Prepare a customized schedule/timeline and checklists.

Assist with developing a color scheme, theme, style, design and formality of the wedding.

Assist with selecting and booking of ceremony and reception venues.

Assist with booking accommodations for out-of-town guests (hotel blocks and reservations).

Guest list and RSVP management.

Assist with selection of wedding attire, accessories, stationary and favors.

Assist in creating and assembling welcome gifts, baskets, programs, favors and other requests.

Prepare customized itinerary for your wedding event schedule;

Attend and oversee the rehearsal (up to two hours).

ELABORATE WEDDING
(Partial Wedding Coordination)
This package is for the internet-savvy or well-organized couple who has already planned their wedding, and are in need of someone to help them pull all of the ornate details together!
The Dainty Wedding Includes:

Initial Consultation with the bride and groom learn information about the wedding and
determine desired flow of the wedding. -
Confirm vendors for wedding day and coordinate with vendors to ensure services/products
are provided in timely manner. -
Final Review of all vendor contracts.

Confirm rental requirements and drop-off times.

Prepare a rehearsal and wedding day itinerary.

Attend and direct rehearsal (up to two hours).

Wedding Day coordination (up to 10 hours).
This package is for the bride and groom who wish to still plan but would like some professional help handling the remaining tasks for the wedding.
The Elaborate Wedding Package Includes:
